ANTISEMITIC FAKE NEWS. Before you think of casting a vote for a candidate who holds these anti-Israel views, think again. Historian and podcaster Victor Davis Hanson has real history and news for you. Because antisemites falsely accuse Israel of being:
APARTHEID STATE with racial enclaves. But nothing in the Israeli constitution requires a citizen to be Jewish. In fact, 2 million Arabs live and vote freely in Israel, which has a less than 10 million population. In contrast, almost all of the 22 Arab-majority nations require Islam as their national religion. And of the 30 Muslim-majority nations, about 23 criminalize being apostate from Islam. Do the antisemites call them apartheid states?
Hanson asks, “Do you think there’s a gay rights parade going on in Gaza? No. No. They eliminate and marginalize communities.”

SETTLER-COLONIALIST STATE. “In Israel, we have archaeological and linguistic evidence Jews were living there 3500 to 4,000 years ago. People who spoke early Hebrew, who practiced the Jewish faith. And lived on the land that is now Israel.“
But where did the Arabs come from? “They swept in from Asia into the Middle East and North Africa. And as settler colonialists conquered earlier Roman territories that had been western for 700 years.” You could also call NYC Mayor Zohran Mamdani’s family settler colonialists. As part of a British imperial project around 1900, they settled parts of Africa to advance colonial control. And Mandami’s Indian community controls 65% of Uganda’s GDP today.
Where are protests against real genocide?
ETHNIC CLEANSER. How can they call Israel an ethnic cleanser when it warns Gazans where it bombs so they can evacuate? Do you call it ethnic cleansing when its population of Arabs increased from 12% to 20% since 1950? And when it vaccinates Arabs as well as Jews? In contrast, Hamas puts Gazans in harm’s way by locating military operations near hospitals and schools. So Israelis care more about Gazans’ lives than does Hamas, who uses them as human shields.
Especially Hasan Piker accuses Israel of ethnic cleansing. But what of his own Turkish background? Turkey has threatened to send missiles into Athens and Israel. It “ethnically cleansed all Greeks from northern Cyprus and occupied it and sent settler colonialists.” And in 1915-1916, about 1 million Armenians died in the Ottoman genocide in present-day Turkey.
And why didn’t Piker, Mamdani, Ilhan Omar and AOC protest against Muslim Azerbaijan? In 2023, it ethnically cleansed 150,000 Armenians from Nagorno-Karabakh.
Many young antisemite politicians like Omar fled horrific conditions in the Middle East or Muslim Africa. They came here, “were generously treated by their host and offered prosperity, freedom, and security.” Now they denounce and curse the US for supporting Israel against apartheid and genocidal enemies.
Gen. 12:3. “And I will bless those who bless you, and the one who curses you I will curse. And in you all the families of the earth will be blessed.” So don’t agree with curses and bring curses on yourself or your city, state or nation. Because we need God’s blessing in a time when God wants to bless all the families of the earth.

Father God, we exalt You because from You every family in heaven and on earth takes its name. For You as Father want us all as children. And you chose Israel as a family to which You gave Your Son Jesus Christ. For You so loved the world. But many in the world have rejected Your chosen people and Your Son. But You still want to bring the fullness of the Gentiles into Your family. And then Israel will be saved.
So expose the hypocrisy of those who curse the Jews as apartheid settler colonist ethnic cleansers. You seek those who love the truth and so do get saved when they hear it. Warn those who curse and do not see the logs in their eyes. Show voters who will stand for truth and goodness and so bless their people. Do not establish authorities in this election who call good evil and evil good, and so bring curses. And make this election season lead to another grace period for the nations and world which You so love. In Jesus’ name, amen.
