UNRWA Fires Employees with Alleged Ties to Hamas

UNRWA fires employees

UNRWA FIRES EMPLOYEES. Why did former President Trump cut ties with the United Nations Relief and Works Agency in 2018? Now we can see clearly why. Because UNRWA employees became compromised with ties to Hamas terrorists. Finally, UNRWA has dismissed twelve of them for allegedly participating in the Oct. 7 massacres. (See Oct. 7 fires set by Hamas in photo.)

Israel has long accused this “humanitarian” agency of siphoning off aid from Palestinian civilians. And using UN buildings to hide military operations. Many Hamas military tunnels run under those buildings.

“The leadership of UNRWA should be dismissed and thoroughly investigated for their knowledge of these activities,”said Israeli Foreign Minister Israel Katz. “In Gaza’s rebuilding, UNRWA must be replaced with agencies dedicated to genuine peace and development.”

Moreover, Israel accuses UNRWA of using schools to teach hatred of Israelis. How else could young Hamas soldiers commit such unspeakable atrocities, while onlookers cheered?

After the exposure of the twelve employees, UNRWA lost 60% of its international donations. The US, which donated $340 million in 2022, suspended its aid. So did UK, Canada, Australia, Italy, Switzerland, Germany, the Netherlands and Finland.

Humanitarian or terrorist aid?

According to AP, “No other entity would be able to quickly fill the void if UNRWA ceased operations.” But what void? We need a deep investigation to find out how much this UN aid agency actually served terrorist purposes. Until then, those hundreds of millions should go to truly humanitarian purposes.

The war in Gaza remains a hot issue for every nation no matter how small its Jewish population. Witness the widespread pro-Hamas rallies with signs saying, “from the River to the Sea.” They clearly want Jews be wiped out from all Israel, from the Jordan River to the Mediterranean Sea.  National leaders supporting such rallies should be banned from the River to the Sea. And their military “aid“ with them.
