The controversy over the 2020 US election prophecies have left many Christians confused. They have become “distressed and dispirited like sheep without a shepherd” (Mt. 9:36). So have many of their shepherds or pastors.
We see our nation accelerating toward decline, and wickedness increasing. Yet before the end comes, the Bible tells us we will have great end-times harvests. The “fullness of the Gentiles” must come in, before Israel experiences salvation (Rom. 11:25). “This gospel of the kingdom shall be preached…to all the nations, and then the end will come” (Mt. 24:14).
What can we learn from past revivals that will prepare us for the last one? How must the 5-fold ministry—of evangelists, pastors, teachers, prophets and apostles—work together to make the most of the harvests?
At this time, prophets are arguing about supposedly failed prophecies. Instead, we must develop more companies of prophets to test and evaluate prophetic words. Also, many apostolic leaders are competing with one another for control over unaffiliated churches. Instead, we need them to plant new churches among still unreached people-groups. Or else those people-groups will end up opposing the church.
Starting & Sustaining Revival
We must overcome past divisions between the 5-fold ministries—and between generations—to fulfil God’s call. We must guide the last generation of evangelists to seek and save the lost. Of pastors and teachers to disciple them in “the unity of the faith.” Of prophets to show them “the knowledge of the Son of God”, and not just their own individual futures. And of apostles to build up the whole body “to the measure of the stature which belongs to the fullness of Christ” (Eph. 4:12-13).
In this course you will learn how the 5-fold ministry have developed rapidly since the 1950s. But you will also see what obstacles remain to be overcome, before we become the church God is seeking.
You will also learn how you and your church can start and sustain revival, be fruitful and multiply. And how connect with others who are doing the same. “The harvest is plentiful, but the workers are few” (Mt. 9:37).
God is calling you to this harvest. This course will help you to understand how to fully engage in it with others.
